Slow down and reflection
Synchronize with nature
Program:
Time out Tune in program is based on five parts:
- Individual meeting and intake
- Group meeting
- Five-days coaching experience in South Africa
- Group meeting after the journey
- Individual session to complete the journey

Intake and group meeting
We will meet for an individual session in a natural environment, to get to know each other and orientate in what brought you to this journey. What is it that you need? What are you looking for? Are there specific themes or questions that you want to work with, or is it the search for peace and quiet that’s on the foreground? Together we will look at what this journey could mean to you: which time-out do you wish for, and on which areas could you maybe tune in?
This first step will be followed by a group session, where you will meet the other participants and get practical information about the trip (destination, preparation, packing list etc).
Time out : slow down
Within the natural surroundings of Muweti, we will first offer you a Time out. We will create space and time, on a special place in the middle of African nature. The pace slows down, the pollution of everyday life fades away, and in this environment the possibility of standing still and observing will emerge.
We will go on game drive every morning and evening: a journey through the reserve where you will meet elephants and giraffes, but also smaller animals and plants which can offer instructive insights in the process that we’ll be leading. The slogan for these drives is: “go out there and see what we can find”!

Tune in : reflection

This special and caring environment gives you the opportunity to tune in. with nature, with the group, and especially with yourself. What do you observe around you, and how does this resonate with what’s going on from inside? Nature reflects all sorts of themes that could be important to you and the other participants. We will be using this to look at those questions that might need your special attention. Through observation, explanation and making active choices and postures, we will be working on your own trajectory with the support of that what lives and emerges around us.
The group itself also works as a reflective element, and as a support system in this quest. Sharing questions and observations in a safe atmosphere gives you the possibility to take a step further in the process and overcome possible obstacles with the support of participants and facilitators.
The movement that we will initiate will invite you to step out of your comfort zone, it will challenge you, but above all it will set you in motion in your own pace. You will (re)discover a form of natural compass that will help you bring your life choices back in harmony with your deepest self.
Group session and individual evaluation
The movement that we have initiated during this journey will pursue its way, even after the trip itself. Gently let the body and mind do their work and observe. Which small surprises do you see emerging on your (life) path? Which patterns are you confronted with, and how do you make your choices from there?
We will be meeting again one month after the trip, to reactivate the support and creativity of the group. Sharing experiences on how everyone is dealing with this will give you a “reminder” and help you tune back in with the insights and guidelines that you set out for yourself.
Finally, there will be a last individual session during which you will be able to deepen your insights through what they might mean to you in everyday life. This is also the time to end this journey and decide what you want to take with you, into the future.
